For any legitimate order dispute and dissension, we welcome customers to submit an online form (submit online form) at any time to contact the 4uKey support team. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours to resolve your problems and issues quickly.

We appreciate every customer and strive to provide our customers with a pleasant experience when using 4uKey products and services. All 4uKey software provides a free trial version, customer can test by downloading a free trial version to "try out" the free function before deciding to purchase. These trial versions provide limited free testing features to help customers check whether the software operates as expected and meets their needs. All of these can help customers make informed purchasing decisions and avoid buying the wrong products that fail to meet their needs.

Not only have a "try before you buy" system, but we also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Refunds within this guarantee will be granted only in the following Refundable Circumstances. No refunds will be issued for purchases that exceed the product's stated money-back guarantee period.

Refundable Circumstances

Before contacting 4uKey to request a refund you may need to check whether your order is eligible for a refund. Under the policy of a money-back guarantee, 4uKey welcomes you to submit a refund application in any of the following situations.

1. About Purchase Circumstances

(1) Repeated purchase

If you purchase the same product twice, 4uKey will refund you for one product, or exchange one for another 4uKey product.

(2) Wrong purchase

If you want a refund for a product purchased by mistake, you need to purchase the correct product on the official 4uKey website first, and then we will refund you the amount for the incorrect product.

(3)Other additional services beyond the product

If you find yourself charged more than the product price for an order purchased on 4uKey's official website, please first check whether it is a tax or service fee. We recommend that you contact your local bank for details of the bank charges. If it is other fees, such as download protection fees, physical CDs, etc., are additional services tied to the product by the third-party platform, allowing you to download the product if you change computers or in other situations. When purchasing, you are free to choose whether you want to purchase these additional services or not. If you accidentally purchase these services and know nothing about them, or do not want these additional services after purchase, we will help you contact the payment platform to refund the cost of these services.

(4) No registration code received within 24 hours after the purchase

In case the customer has checked the 4uKey's official website and confirmed that the money was successfully deducted, but did not receive the registration code within 24 hours (we recommend you to check the spam folder), failed to obtain the registration code on our Retrieve Registration Code page, and did not receive a prompt response from the 4uKey support team within 24 hours of contact. In these cases, 4uKey will refund the customer's order if the customer no longer needs the product.

2.About Automatic Subscription Circumstances

The customer has requested to cancel their automatic subscription, but still receives a renewal fee. In general, customers can cancel their automatic subscription at any time before the next renewal occurs by contacting the 4uKey support team, or you can refer to the FAQ guide to cancel yourself. If you contact the payment platform ( directly, please make sure you have received a confirmation email from them that the renewal service has been successfully canceled, otherwise, you will still be charged automatically. It is recommended to contact the 4uKey support team directly to cancel it. If 4uKey or the payment platform replies that the renewal has been canceled, but you are still charged on the subscription date, you can provide the appropriate evidence (screenshot of the email sent by 4uKey or the payment platform that the renewal service was successfully canceled, etc.) and we will refund you the renewal fee caused by the error.

3. About Product Circumstances

If you encounter any technical problems with your 4uKey product, please contact 4uKey's technical support team with relevant screenshots and log files, or accept the remote online service provided by 4uKey to locate the problem. If your problem cannot ultimately be resolved and you are not willing to wait for an upgrade or other compensation plan from 4uKey, 4uKey will refund you if your order is within 30 days.

After confirmation with the 4uKey support team, the refund amount will usually be returned to you via the original payment method within 2-4 business days.

Once the refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Please:

Download version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Disc version: Destroy the disc and then uninstall the software from the computer.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

4uKey does not normally allow refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

(1) Change of mind after purchase.

(2) Price differences of 4uKey products between different regions or channels.

(3) Claims that a refund request for the registration code was not received within 2 hours of the successful order.

Under normal circumstances, 4uKey will send the registration code within 2 hours of a successful order. However, sometimes the registration code cannot be received in time due to network, or system failure, spam settings of the email address or mistyped emails. In such cases, please contact the 4uKey support team or visit the Retrieve Registration Code page to obtain a registration code, and all inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

(4) Dissatisfaction caused by not carefully reading the function descriptions on the product pages before purchase or by misunderstanding the function of the product.

It is highly recommended that each customer carefully review the product pages and guide pages on the 4uKey website and try the free trial version before making a final purchase decision. If the product conforms to what is advertised on the website and performs faithfully according to the functional description, 4uKey will not issue a refund.

4uKey will not refund software if the product does not meet the customer's needs because the customer did not understand the product's capabilities. However, if the difference in price between products does not exceed $20 during the warranty period, 4uKey may simply replace the purchased product with the correct product. If the purchased product is replaced with the correct product at a lower price, 4uKey will not refund the price difference.

(5) Unauthorized payment.

If the customer is a victim of credit card fraud or unauthorized payment, we recommend that the customer contact the card issuer as soon as possible. As we cooperate with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during the payment process. Once an order has been processed and completed, it cannot be canceled. However, 4uKey will help customers replace the purchased product.

About Automatic Subscription Circumstances

The automatic subscription service does not require cancellation before the renewal date and no refunds will be given if the customer is charged on the renewal date.

For all 4uKey product licenses with the update service, you will receive a notification in your shopping cart about the automatic update cycle. Once you have completed the payment, you agree to the renewal feature. You can cancel your automatic subscription by contacting the 4uKey support team before your renewal date arrives, or by following our FAQ guide. If you do not cancel your automatic subscription before your renewal date arrives, we will not issue a refund once you have been charged on your renewal date.

About Product Circumstances

The customer requests a refund for technical problems but refuses to work with the 4uKey Support Team to troubleshoot or provide details and relevant information, or refuses to use the solutions provided by the 4uKey Support Team. Refund requests after product changes due to quality issues and with customer consent.

Once you agree to replace the product with another product you prefer, any refund request will not be accepted, regardless of quality issues, but we will do our best to provide you with the appropriate solution for the replacement product.

In addition, refund requests beyond 30 days are usually non-refundable, but we will do our best to provide you with an appropriate solution or an exchange for another equivalent product that interests you.
